MADEL PA
ANNIKA MISURYA
Annika Misurya brings a practical, common-sense approach to high-stakes litigation. She represents individuals and businesses in complex civil disputes, white-collar criminal matters, and commercial litigation. Annika has already played key roles in six civil and criminal trials, giving her courtroom experience unusual for a lawyer at her stage of practice. She excels at cutting through a complicated record and translating her client’s story into something clear, credible, and compelling for judges and juries.
Before joining MADEL PA, Annika practiced at Maslon LLP and Forsgren Fisher, where she handled both civil and criminal matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she clerked for the Hennepin County Public Defender’s Office and competed on the National Moot Court Competition Team. She has since returned to Minnesota Law to teach litigation-focused courses.
Outside the courtroom, Annika is active in Minnesota Women Lawyers and the Women’s White Collar Defense Association.
